2:42 is the members-only app of First Love Houston ("the church", "we"). It connects our congregation to the apostles' teaching, fellowship, the breaking of bread, and prayer (Acts 2:42). By creating an account or using 2:42, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts are approved by church admins. You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials to yourself. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account; your contributions are anonymized and your personal data removed.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. This includes harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, sexually explicit material, spam, and impersonation. You can report any message by long-pressing it and choosing Report, and you can block any member from the same menu. Blocking instantly hides that member's messages from you and sends the message to our moderation team. Our moderation team reviews every report within 24 hours, removes content that violates these Terms, and ejects users who post it. Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal without prior warning.
You own what you post. By posting in 2:42 you give the church a license to display that content inside the app to its intended audience (your channels, or the pastor for private submissions). Prayer requests, counseling bookings, and questions to the pastor are visible only to the pastor — not to other members or to church admins.
Use 2:42 to build up the congregation. Do not use it to solicit, advertise, mislead, or harm. Do not attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours, probe or disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer the app.
Church admins and the pastor may remove content, suspend, or remove members to keep the community safe. Admins and the pastor act as moderators and cannot be blocked. If your account is suspended, you may contact us at firstlovechurchhouston123@gmail.com to appeal.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties. The church is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app to the maximum extent permitted by law.
